ELECTRICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
The Electrical Service Technician will be expected to travel to multiple locations and a willingness to stay away from home to support the business needs.

Excellent knowledge of 3 phase electrical systems

Excellent electrical testing and diagnosis skills

Ability to read Electrical schematics

Experience of electric motors

Experience with PLC’S would be advantageous

Excellent communication skills

Computer literate
-
Have a full UK driving licence

Qualification in an Electrical Discipline.

Maintenance Experience

Experience of working in Anaerobic Digestion is preferred but not essential.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN
O&M
An experienced maintenance engineer with mechanical bias but able to demonstrate both mechanical and electrical proficiency. Working in the field of either wastewater or bioenergy including experience of bio-gas equipment including gas to grid entry and waste gas flares would be a distinct advantage.
The individual will need to be able to operate with minimal supervision with either scheduled or unscheduled work. A good communicator capable of working as part of a small team. Supervision of external contractors including site induction, review of RAMS and ensuring all maintenance procedures are carried out in a safe efficient manner will also be required.
Ideally you will have

Experience of mechanical pumps

Experience of electric motors

Experience of Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment

Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach with the ability to work on their own or as part of a team

PLANT MANAGER
BANGLEY QUARRY
An accomplished process orientated individual to lead and develop a team.
Excellent persons management skills.
Oversee all daily operations
Allocation of responsibilities to all colleagues.
Lead and manage a team of operators and maintenance staff responsible for the daily operation of the AD plant, including planning and scheduling work, monitoring performance and conducting training.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and standards, including the preparation of risk assessments and safety procedures.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in the delivery of services.
Manage operational resources and the coordination of maintenance and repair work.
Monitor and report on site performance, including the production of biogas and the quality of the end products, and implement improvement initiatives as required.
Develop and maintain effective record-keeping systems, including maintaining accurate logs of plant operations and maintenance activities.
Knowledge and Experience:

Previous experience managing an AD site or similar is essential.

Willing to embrace change and challenge processes to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of the site/company.

Able to self-manage workloads and priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
